two malls and crazy nights

I woke up to a swollen eye, a black outfit, and messed up covers this morning. Before bed, my covers were nice, I didn't have any black outfits out, and my eyes were happy. It was a weird time.

I've decided what my goal is for my hair. Katherine Heigl's hair in the movie Killers! I am super excited. Sure, it won't look as good on me because I don't have professional hair dressers and I don't have the face of Katherine Heigl, but I love curly hair so so much! Welcome back, curlers! (well, in a few months)

This weekend has been absolutamundo fantasbulundous! (Yes, I made that up right this minute) On Friday, we went to the opening of the remodeled Riverwoods. It was fabulous! I now love Blickenstaff's and I stole a sorcerer's stone from a hand fire! We went with Eliza, which tripled the fun and I tried Blue Lemon for the first time! It was definitely a good Friday.

On Saturday we went to watch Peter Brienholt's performance at Gateway. I. Love. Peter. Brienholt. If you haven't heard of this wonderful friend of ours, go listen. He is so grand. And let's be serious, anyone that plays the acoustic guitar and sings with a beautiful voice with a man playing a BOX for the percussion is cool.

On the drive home from Gateway, there was major snowage. We passed a dozen cars that were either facing the wrong way or had just spun out ON THE FREEWAY. Facing the wrong way on the freeway is super scary. We went 35 all the way home.

Go have a nice two days of school and don't procrastinate your DBQ's. It's not fun.

Also, find an unlikely treasure. Mine is the sorcerer's stone. I will show it to you.
