pretending to do homework

Okay, three posts in a day. I must be kidding. Well, I'm not. It's been a slow day and I've had a ton of homework, so maybe I am pretending to be revising my Spanish essay... I really have given up on this week, so I don't care much for being productive at the moment.

The last post was rather depressing, so let me clarify. I do not have some dysfunctional family and I am not a dark person. I just need a break. Thanksgiving break is coming up, so I'm fine.

I had my first major migraine today. I hate it. Also, my lung pains came back. Hm. Not too good.

I would like to talk about Harry Potter. Many of you think that I am not a Harry Potter fan, because I have not read all of the books. This is false. I still love Harry Potter and could have a conversation with you about the movie that will be coming out tomorrow, even though I didn't read it for myself. Yes, I cheated. I have promised that they will all be fully read by the time that the second part comes out. I may not be seeing the midnight premiere, but that is only because I was not allowed to on a school night. I will be seeing it this weekend, so don't think that I am not excited out of my brain! Tomorrow we have to dress as missionaries for Seminary, so I will be a Harry Potter missionary. I am really excited. I don't think that missionaries are allowed to have a wizard's name painted on their nails, though... Whoops! This missionary does!

I have one other thank you to go out to two people that were kind enough to wave hello to me during Spanish today. That is a rare occasion, and I appreciated it a lot! Thank you, Emily. You are grand. I love you and I am fully planning on our tie dye party to still happen. When? Soon. Also, thank you, Jacob. You're on my list of people that I would like to be best friends with, and I guess that we've talked enough times about D.I. now that you waved hi to me on your way to the swim meet. That made me super happy! You're a kind and good person.

Does anyone want to have a snowboarding lesson with me at the Canyons on December 11? I was invited to have a snowboarding lesson with Sean Busby and learn about how to deal with diabetes with the altitude and temperature. I would really like to go, I just don't have the guts to go to an unfamiliar ski resort alone. I get lost easily and I have never been snowboarding before.

Wear sweats and wave at people while they are sitting in class... even though they may get in trouble.
