I went riding tonight!!! (I haven't been in a really long while) It was so so so good and I had forgotten how much I loved it! Fancy was being ridden, so I rode a horse named Shilo. She was a HUGE horse compared to my little pony, Fancy. I couldn't see the top of her back to brush her! But, you should be very VERY proud of me because I put my foot in the stirrups that were above my waist! That's a hard thing to do, my friends. You try lifting your foot up to your belly button in a position to slide it into a stirrup. It was the smoothest ride of my life and I loved every second of it! I'll have to start sharing my riding time between Fancy and Shilo. They are on both extremes of horses. Fancy is small, dark, wild, and fast while Shilo is tall, paint, well-trained, and really good at controlling her speed. You probably don't want to hear all about my wonderful riding, so I'll just skip to the pile of poop:I was finished with my riding, so I decided to go exploring around the barn like I love to do. I stepped outside, wondering where I would discover something new when I realized that something was blocking my view of the driveway. It has been there for many MANY years, but on this night, the 20-foot pile of horse manure looked especially fun. I climbed on up to the top of this wondrous mound of feces and found a lovely view of the Lindon night. This is now my new favorite place, and I wish to take you all there someday. Please remind me to take you riding with me and we can climb the mound together. I realized what a treasure this place was, so I obviously had to call Rachel to tell her what ridiculous thing I was doing at that moment. Best part of the conversation? "It's a really nice pile of poop". It really is a nice pile of poop because the years of sitting there have caused the manure to turn into dirt, which is not gross at all! There is some nice foliage growing up the sides that prevents the erosion of this landmark. There are fields on two sides of yours, which provided a grand view of the lightening storm. I really really like this pile of poop.
That's my story for the night. I hope you guys enjoyed that one. I sure did.
BUT, this post cannot be over yet! Obviously.
I had a really good day at school, except for the whole "classes" part. English was enjoyable, but only because Capri sits right behind me and Tyler had his first button unbuttoned and was smiling at me seductively with his 5 o'clock shadow and combed arm hair... (I'm talking about Tyler Florence, people. don't get too excited.) Physics went in one ear and out the other, History only half stuck in my brain, and Drawing was a horrible idea as always. Lunch was good, though! After school was even better!
After school, I went to Rachel's house with her and Ben. We had a quite enjoyable time! Rachel and I had a nice meeting under the piano, and a nice tramp talk... eh? :D while Ben rode around on a four-wheeled scooter. It started to rain shortly after this, so we instantly started the dancing and twirling. The cold rain turned into even colder sleet, which turned into murderous bullets of hail. I'm pretty sure that I will have bruises and my feet will never again be warm. (I might also never be warm again [Rachel] I'm liking the new inside jokes!) We took pictures and video of us dancing in the evil pellets of hail. I've never had so much fun on a Thursday! Ben later taught me how to put music on this bloggity, so thanks, Ben! I will be needing to add many more songs, but now I know how to!
When I came home from Rachel's, the power was out and it was the best thing that I could've possibly come home to! I LOVE NO POWER! I wish that it would happen more often. When the power came back on, I went riding, which brings us back to the pile of poop. That's a good full-loop story for you, folks!
Have a nice night and REALLY CRAZY dreams. Those are the best.
Also, you should climb a pile of poop. You may be surprised.
