(said in the classic Peter Pan voice) :
I do love short weeks, I do! I do!
Whoever invented school breaks is a genius, because they are much needed in my life. School hasn't hit the crying point yet, but it's fast approaching. I can feel it coming like Christmas- though it's definitely not as happy as Christmas.
Homework is so so so annoying. Especially dumb and pointless homework assignments like drawing homework. Who needs to have to draw at home? Not I. Speaking of drawing- a person from the rebel group in my drawing class is starting to grow on me. I promise to not become a rebel!
Onto an even less delightful subject...
Domes of Skeetch Farts.
Skeetch has had some intestinal arguments lately, resulting in a mass of these domes. It's worse than Saturday night, Eliza! Now, you may not be wanting to read about farts right now, but I believe that we need to raise awareness for this worthy cause. We must rid the world of Skeetch farts- one pill at a time!
Wow! That picture sums it up perfectly. Innocent house pets are out to gas us with farts.
Back to the Thursday thing... Tomorrow is, in reality, a Wednesday. BUT in the world of school, it's a Friday. We have THREE SATURDAYS this week. That is super good news. For the break, I am going to the outlet malls with the girls then sleeping at our cousin's cabin in Brighton with Brady's family. I'm supra excited! I like cabins a lot! There's nothing like freezing your butt off in the night and hearing carnivorous animals circling your location! (I kid.) It really is so much fun to just become one with nature and call all surrounding elk to bow to me, their human master. It's also nice to smell bad from not showering. Seriously. It's like girls camp!
I will NOT be hunting elk, but these pictures will give you a pretty good idea about how big they are- Yeah, I'm the coolest wilderness animal ever!
I just returned home from a nice "study party" at Eliza's. I'm pretty sure that we only fit in 15 minutes of studying... there was much scale laughter. That's the best way to laugh. I also scared Eliza three times. And this is not just the 'Oh!' scaring. These were full on duck and cover reactions. She's grand. I also had scripture study two times today! Once with my family, and once with my other family- the McGills! I do enjoy that family so much! We had a great time.
My parents will be going out of town next week, so I overheard my mom looking for someone to stay overnight with us on Wednesday and Thursday. I heard that there was a call to Jenna and Mike Dickson, which makes me really excited! Jenna is Alyssa/Spencer's older sister.
I've decided that I really like getting homework done in advance. I should try this more often! I am 100% done in my computer class, so I did the THREE PAGES of math homework that had been assigned the previous period. It was nice.
This is what Tahlia and I will do when we're old and married to eachother's cousins:
"Let's get rich and give everybody nice sweaters and teach them how to dance."
"Let's get rich and give everybody nice sweaters and teach them how to dance."
-You and I (Ingrid Michaelson)
Deary me! I like that song!
Have a nice night and a wonderful Friday-fied Wednesday!
Also, you should eat cereal at night. It's a really good thing to do. Especially with chocolate milk!
