Today was the last time I will walk to find the cure for diabetes.
At least for a while.
That's messed up.
I really don't want to grow up.
But my rewind button is broken and the pause doesn't last.

I May Be Overreacting Due to Monthly Troubles, But I Am Still Angry.
There are certain people in your life who you can't not do things with.
And it really hurts when you realize that they can do things without you. Lots of things.
I cried tonight.
And it wasn't just a "Wow-I-feel-sad-right-now" cry. It was a "My-'friends'-are-just-using-me" cry.
Not just a "I'm-going-to-be-good-and-run" run, but a "I-don't-care-how-far-I-go-just-get-me-out-of-here" run.
I am a happy person, but happy people get hurt too. Happy people like to be involved. Happy people love the fun things they buy and hate when people take advantage of them for their 'fun things'.
And that is why I went home.
But you probably didn't care because I left my 'fun things' with you.

We Love Summer
It's official. Summer is here!
Sure, the last day of school was a week ago, but I've been having too much fun to write about it.
This week has been full of chalk, water, sun, hammocks, laughter, food, and good times. And summer has only just begun.
Next week is Birdseye (a student council retreat) and I am stoked beyond measure! Conner just made it onto student council this week (our current SB Artist is moving back to Australia in a few weeks), and he'll be coming too! I love everyone on student council oh so very much. And I love the SB Advisers. Senior council has already become a family and I am so happy that we are all best friends! Our summer camps will be unreal.
I apologize for my lack of posts. It's really been about a year of inconsistent posting. I'll try to fix it. But for now, I'm off to bed.
The smell of a campfire is among my favourites.

We're Old
The AP test is on Friday! I honestly don't know if I am so so scared or so so excited... A little bit of both, I suppose.
After the AP test, the class is basically over. It's crazy.
What makes it crazy is the fact that once it's over, we're seniors. That means we're old. And that means my boys will leave for TWO WHOLE YEARS. I cried the other day thinking about it. I love my boys.
Study, but not too much.
I love you lots!

AP US History
The I.D. final is tomorrow...
225 questions, 270 answers, 500 I.D.s to study...
Oh, and you have to get at least 90% to pass.
Lets just say I've only left my study area once.
Wish me luck!

Ingrid
Thursday night was the greatest.
Ali, Autumn, Lauren, and I went to the Ingrid Michaelson concert at In The Venue (after the Cafe Rio salads, of course) and had a blast!
We were literally on the front row and she was absolutely incredible! It made me love her even more.

Happy Anniversary, insulin!
(yes, I put candles in the most unhealthy dessert possible... But it's also the most delicious...)

Spring Break
I went to Seattle with my mum this week!
And my mom is way funnier than your mom.
We had good times eating, walking, eating, shopping, eating, and listening to One Direction.
Here's how it all went down:
Uploading those pictures took too long. I'm sorry I don't have time to tell you about our adventures. Make something up for me. And make sure it's a good story.
I baby love you.

I'm sorry that it's been so long. I really do like you, I just am not very good at blogging.
Remember when I used to be good at it?
Those were good times.
Well, I'm back (though I don't know how consistent I'll be)

Last night, I played with my new Student Council friends!
We went to the Dinosaur Museum (we're pretty cool) to play in the sand and learn new things. Zack remembered the sand from when he was ten, and it was still just as fun!
We made this beaut:
Which later turned into this ... lump?
(The effects of tsunamis)
It was a grand adventure, and I love them so much!
After that, I took Stephen's birthday present to him (his birthday was Friday the 13th!) and went on a walk.
I guess that I was acting rather crazy on our walk, because Eliza had to sit me down and say, "Ally, you're high." And force me to test my sugar. I really was high.
(by 'high' I mean blood sugar)
I apologize for the scariness and for making you get into a moving car.
It was a great night! And Zack showed us his Jr. High yearbook because we didn't go to the same school. Our friends looked like babies.
Have a nice Saturday and don't forget about the Stake dance next weekend. It's not this weekend. Sorry if I told you otherwise.
Dance with the fourteen-year-olds.

Remember those times when you take up 20 minutes writing a lovley blog post (super good to make up for months of no posts), only to have your computer malfunction and delete it? Yeah.
I don't remember what it was about, but I'll do that another day (when I don't have unfinished I.D.'s looking at me).
Here's to a happy Friday Eve!
